Counterpoint : The Art of Composition ???? -- This app was not made by a musician, even a music lover. A pity, it could be really useful. Instead it provides wrong definitions for important and very usual music terms. Needs urgent update, or my money back !!!!

FULL OF MISTAKES - A PITY
This app is terrible
The definitions in this music dictionary are extremely lazy. For ex. "XYLOPHONE, a musical instrument of percussion." Thets it! It doesnt mention how its played or its construction or much of anything. Very lazy. Dont buy this app. Too bad it wont let me rate this 0 stars
Awesome
Worth the money. Great definitions
Disappointing
The first word I looked for, "allargando" -- a standard musical term -- was not in the dictionary. To make matters worse, I didnt receive a "term not found" message after hitting the search button. The search screen simply remained blank. At first I thought the app. had frozen. But I was able to enter the "Alphabetical" mode and scroll through the As, which had "alla polacca" followed by "alla roverscio." No allargando! This dictionary supposedly has 4,000 terms, but allargando is missing. (I bet the free app. has it!)
Very handy
Use it in band, could be a little easier to navigate, but great definitions!
Nicely done
Good definitions (I dont know some words but thats just because my lack of musical knowledge since Im still a beginner) its a good thing to have during band... But on the next update can you add some more words because Ive noticed a few missing ones... Other than that dont hesitate to buy it because its worth it :D
Good, but lacking.
This app is a full of words that come in handy...as long as it has the one youre looking for. Needs more terms and examples of what the terms mean when you get into the terms that are simply translations. But other than that it is very useful.
