No stars; this app is absolute trash. I bought Everest Elite 750NC and have been trying to connect my headphones to my phone for the past two hours. I can only listen to music through the headphones - and I bought them for their wireless capabilities. Will be returning them and not purchasing JBL products again.

Same issue. Can't get the app past the 'please connect headphones' screen. Despite that, the headphones are connected and work fine. Can't believe there doesnt appear to be a solution to a pretty basic problem. I'm going to give it a few days, but if there's nothing put out to fix it, I'm returning the headphones.

Incompatible avec les iPads ??

Sur le site JBL, l’appli est incompatible avec les iPads et pourtant, ici, le contraire est annoncé. Pas moyen de paramétrer le casque via le macbook, il faut impérativement avoir un iPhone IOS 8, donc pas un iphone4 comme moi !! Faut se bouger, Harman, et te mettre au travail. On veut l’appli pour l’imad et now !!

On me demande de connecter le casque sur lapplication , or il est deja connecter a mon iPhone6 par Bluetooth

Ne fonctionne pas avec E50BT

Lapp demande à ce que le casque soit connecté mais ne détecte ni la connexion Bluetooth ni via le cable fourni. Conclusion : app inutile passez votre chemin pour linstant. Une étoile mais jen aurai mis zéro
