Explore a new kind of on board entertainment directly on your personal electronic device. Download your video player via the free “myAustrian Entertainment App” on your notebook, Tablet or Smartphone prior to your flight. On board you can enjoy movies and TV series as soon as you are connected with the myAustrian FlyNet Portal. This service is available on selected short and medium-haul flights on board of all aircraft of the myAustrian Airbus fleet. Our on board entertainment awaits you with video on demand, high-definition digital quality and crystal clear sound. Choose from a selection of Hollywood blockbusters in up to eight languages, popular TV series and even entire seasons of your favorite sitcoms. But that’s not all: Enjoy access to TV programs made in Austria. If you are travelling with children, the “Kids Zone” includes dedicated movies and cartoons for our youngest guests. Austrian Airlines wishes you entertaining hours on board! How to use it: 1. Download the "myAustrian Entertainment" app before your flight. 2. Before take-off, turn on Airplane Mode on your mobile device. Activate the Wi-Fi setting and select "myAustrian FlyNet". 3. Open your Internet browser and select your personal entertainment program. The app opens automatically once you have chosen a movie or TV-series you would like to watch.
