Navigation Rules Inland - for Boating & Sailing

This is a rip off, nothing but a come on to get you to buy more. It is less than a table of contents for all the rules with a few rules stuck in to make it legal, then an add for more to buy. First app I got without any reviews. Never again

Looks good, works well, lots of info

I’m out boating on our inland waterways or lakes most weekends, and I’ll be keeping this on my iPhone in the cockpit. Very useful for reference and learning. Looks good too.
