You get a detailed map of the whole district, including, depth curves and other hydrographical information. The map and all the rest of the guide is always available - even when you are in the middle of nowhere, and your telephone is offline. Simply remember to download the part of the map you need and the latest database while you have access to the net. The guide will automatically inform you if you stray into to protected areas, and will also provide you with the latest information regarding safety, the weather and the sea currents. You can save photos from your adventures, and share them on the social media. You will have the possibility of locating the hotspots in 3D using your phones camera and Augmented Reality technology. In other words the Outdoor Guide is your new invaluable tool, that like your knife, GPS and sleeping bag, you will always carry with you. Please note that the app makes use of your device’s GP. Continuous use of the GPS in the background may significantly reduce battery life.
