Convert PDF to Text (.txt) and mark specific areas to convert using the Area Select tool and have it editable on your iPhone!
PDF to Text converts PDF files into editable Text files creating words, lines and paragraphs; automatically without any manual intervention.

This app keeps telling me my pdf files have only images and no text. They are all text!!
