Evaluation that works. Thats our vision at Apex and it includes considering the story behind the data. This app helps us collect stakeholder perspectives in their own words - in ways that cant be fully captured in quantitative data or in traditional survey methods. Perspectives dont just change the way we look at data, the stories themselves are data and can be analyzed to gain deeper understanding. The Perspectives app is just one of the reasons we refer to Apex as the evolution of evaluation.
