Ads, on a paid app?

My son adores Pocoyo and loves this book. I am greatly disappointed, however, to see push ads popping up at the start of the app! This is a paid app and I find it very bad form to push these pop-ups. This is a childrens app and my son ends up clicking on this pop up, then ending up on the internet in tears, wondering where his Pocoyo went. Very, very bad decision to put this in front of a PAID application. The book itself works great and is very cute, once you get into it, but the splash/push ad that comes up is unacceptable.

My son was so excited to get this app. Once we downloaded it, we went through the "read to me" selection. It worked just fine, but then it just froze! Considering I PAID for this app, I was highly disappointed that the app does not work the way its supposed to. :(
