ISSUES!!!
This program has a lot of bugs! The 5 star ratings is bogus and manufactured! I had the hardest time configuring the layout and out of luck it finally changed without doing anything that I didn’t try the last 10 times! Tried to print and it went back to the original layout. Saved it as a pdf and the scale was wrong to standard letter size, it was 3/4 the size of a standard letter size paper. On top of it all there was no Help available for this software!!! DO NOT BUY THIS! Your wasting your money…. All I needed was something simple to do basic letters and proposals. Instead I got 2 hours of my time wasted that I wont be able to get back!! UUGGHHH!!!
Okay. Some problems.
I too question the 5 star reviews for this product. Though I am not writing it off as useless. Perhaps there are some unique features I don’t yet understand because I am new to the Macintosh world. That said, here are the difficulties I encountered in my first use: 1. I tried to highlight and indent by tabbing over, as I would in WORD, and the script totally disappeared. Nothing I did brought it back. Then I noticed in another doc I had open that the whole document, including the missing text, was in the other open document. 2. The undo / redo functions quit working at the same time #1 above happened. 3. I attempted repeatedly to change the text size and style. At first it didn’t work at all. Then, suddenly, the text changed. I thought I had the process figured out. Then, after situation number 1 above, I couldn’t change the text any more. 4. If there is help in the program, it is not easily seen. I went to the developer website and, didn’t find any product help. I may have, and hope I did, jus miss something. I am disappointed. I do hope the developer will help me or, refund my money. With satisfactory service, I will return for an updated more positive review.
Quit Unexpectedly
Used it 3 or 4 times and now it quits unexpectedly every time its launched. It’s unusable. Dissapointing.
Description is inaccurate (or lying, or misleading, or confusing)
It claims to have split-window editing. I *assume* that means something like in MS Word, where you can drag the bar up from the top and half the window is one part of the document and half is the other. That functionality -- for continuity checking -- is kind of important to me as an author. And if it actually exists in this application, I cant find it. The rest of it appears to be functional, but it doesnt have that ability, and the description says it does. So Im kind of angry that I wasted my time. (It also doesnt have a find/replace thats as powerful as Words, and thats the other thing I want in a word processor.)

Since there’s no way to contact anyone through the web, this will have to work. You spelt paste wrong… I find simple things such as words spelt incorrectly very annoying, the app immediately lost all professional credibility when I noticed this.
