Property Maintenance Plus ( PMP ) collects and tracks property maintenance data and calculates when subsequent maintenance is due. PMP handles single-family homes but other properties such as townhomes, duplexes, cabins, etc. are possible. By tracking multiple properties and multiple owners it lends itself to professional property managers and small businesses too. It identifies overdue maintenance, provides on-screen reports, printed reports and reminders. Reusable component databases eliminate repetitive data entry.
