Estou tentando inserir um cartão, porém esta dando erro ao inserir. Está pedindo codigo de segurança, mas não ha o espaço pra inserir.

I used this app last year at the Air Canada Centre to order in seat service with no issues. This season I wish I never wasted time using this app. Last night there were issues placing the order that took about five minutes into the first quarter of a raptors game to order. The order did show up in my receipts despite no notification that the order had been successfully placed. I never received my order by using the app. I also tried to add an item. Eventually the app locked me out for 30 minutes because the iPhone 6s Plus fingerprint sensor was not working with the app. I had to find a MasterCard rep to get my order before half time. They had to contact their manager. At the end of half time I got my order. I could have got the items from any vendor walking around in the half game that I waited or got out of my seat and bought something. The app does not appear to have a method of order tracking or any way to contact a human via the app if they screw up your order. Even if it did have this functionality locking me out of the app for 30 minutes prevented me from using the app. I had no problem logging into the app today when I am not at the stadium. Rating: fail!

I ordered through this app at the ACC at a Raptors game instead of using in seat dining since I was in the middle of a long section. The food took 30 minutes to arrive, more than an entire quarter, versus the five minutes it took for those sitting next to me to receive their order through regular in seat dining. When it did arrive not only was it an incorrect order but it was also cold and inedible. There was no way to retract the order in the app after I realized it would not arrive in time, and even though there was a digital record of a pepperoni slice rather than a cheese one, they still somehow managed to mess that up (which is actually quite impressive if you think about it). There is also no tip option built into the app. Shame on you MasterCard for affixing your name to such a horrible app and service. The only use I could think of for this app is by underage individuals at the ACC ordering alcohol. At no point was my ID checked by staff for my alcohol order. Perhaps the AGCO should look into this...

Terrible

Screen lock issues, payment processing errors. Cant edit card from payment screen.

Had to call multiple times and food and drinks never made it - dont bother!!!!!!

45 min since I ordered....still waiting. Im at ACC. Terrible app
