Mesmo caso de outro App toda vez que executa abre tela oferecendo outro App Além do anúncio que já existe

Вот сейчас замерял поднося к телевизору на средней громкости, показывает 12 децибел... В тишине показывает 20... Прибор по ГОСТу у Роспотребнадзора - расхождения в 20-40 децибел, причём хаотично в разные стороны... Тоесть не систематичная погрешность.
