Right Click Booster at Mac App Store analyse

Add useful commands on right click (or ctrl-click). Totally scriptable to let you add the commands you need.

Right Click Booster uses the powerful new APIs in Yosemite to give you extra options when you right-click, or ctrl-click on files in the finder.

==How Scripts Work==

Right Click Booster relies on scripts which are run from your User Scripts directory.

The User Scripts directory is part of Apples security system. Only you can add scripts to this directory, so you control what scripts can be run.

Right Click Booster provides a set of default scripts which you can install, or you can write your own scripts and use those.

Finderのコンテクストメニューに任意の項目を表示させることができる（シェルスクリプトやアップルスクリプトを登録する）。つまり（スクリプトを書けば）ほぼなんでもできる。 たとえばフォルダ内に日付入りのファイル名のテキストファイルを作ってエディタで開くとか、シンボリックリンクのリンク先をクリップボードにコピーするとか。 ただ、コンテクストメニューを表示させるコンテクスト（ファイルの種類や、現在のフォルダのパスなど）が指定できず、つねに全ての項目が表示されてしまう。また、メニュー項目に表示されるアイコンも指定できない。

It helped a lot and made development easier for me

Doesn’t work for external drives

Surprisingly, it doesn’t work for files and folders on external drives! If I’d known that, I wouldn’t have wasted my time setting it up. This is a big limitation that really should be mentioned in the App Store description. (Buried in the support forum is a comment that says the developer is hoping to add support for external drives in a future version.)
