RNA Compare at Mac App Store analyse

RNA Compare tool. The app is bio informatics genome tool. Compares 2 genome sequences and shows nucleotide similarity in % and the count of errors. Both RNAs are also translated and the result ORFs are compared one by one. All amino acid sequences are matched and compared and differences are shown in yellow.
