RNA translate tool. Automatically extracts possible protein sequences. Additional symbols or text characters as numbers and so on are also automatically ignored on translation. Shows glycosylation sites and ORF inside all 3 frames. Features: - standard translation - reverse translation - complementary translation Fast links to GenBank and Protein Data Bank. Instructions: Paste genome sequence into the first text field. Then select translation options and press "Translate" button. Most possible protein sequences will be shown into the second text field. Scroll down to see all 3 frames and the open reading frames (ORF). You can look for genomes in the GenBank - open it from the "Fast links" menu.
