"ROOM+" is an app that can create a floor plan simply by putting rooms. It helps the arrangement of furniture, home design, plan of remodeling. For more than 100 objects necessary for drawing are all included in this app, the living space is completed by selecting and placing furniture and joinery etc. In addition, the 3D interior space is created automatically, in conjunction with "Interior Viewer" free app for iPhone / iPad, you will be able to check the living space by 3D image. ======================= 【Usage examples】 *Study of layout of your house! *Planning of layout of coordination at moving or remodeling! *At the time of purchase of new furniture! *At the time of selling your house! *For real estate agent! *For presentation of the house plans! ======================= 【Functions】 *Add and move rooms *Display settings of the room[name,area,unit,color,visible of info] *Change the size and shape of rooms [moving by grid,setting by the numerical] *Automatic insertion of doors&windows *Arrangement of 100 over furniture and facilities etc *Change the size and rotate of objects *Dsplay dimensions[support on/off] *Setting the unit *Setting the module[mm/inch,m/feet] *Setting the grid size *Add text [settings of size,color,background color] *Screen operation [Pan,zoom in/out] *Image output *Automatic 3D data conversion(*) *Save and edit of the work file (*)To display 3D, you need to install free app "Interior Viewer" developed by our company, which is provided by App Store. What a waste.

Hard to use. Not a helpful tool for visualizing a floor plan. Wish I could get my money back :-(

Très bonne application pour avoir une vue 3D de quelques pièces. Pas de jonction entre les étages et la mémoire sur iphone devient insuffisante dès quon passe à une trentaine de pièces. Plutôt pour un usage domestique que professionnel ... A discuter

Fun for noodling around

I wanted this app in order to work out some design ideas for very small spaces. I wasnt able to find a way to make curved or circular shapes (yurt floorplan), but any variation of a rectangle was doable. A small number of furnishings, cabinets, sinks, windows, etc.choices are provided, but you cant always tell what youre picking because the view is from the top. To see the 3D version, you must also download the free "Interior Viewer" app from magichour. After you export your saved floorplan to the viewer, thats where youll see that the coffee table you selected is actually a dining table and the "window" is really sliding closet doors, etc. I found if I altered the size of the furniture too much, it wouldnt appear on the viewer at all, and not all the items appeared to be sized on a consistent scale. Magichour could improve this app by showing the furnishings in plan view, adding more choices in all categories, allowing more shapes, and making sure the sizes are accurate.

I love this app. Being able to design a floor layout is amazing and there are so many different options! My only complaint is that it offers a staircase but will not let you work on more than one floor. The app could be improved if you were able to build onto more than one floor at a time, but altogether, good app.

A piece of paper is more useful. Editing objects interface is awkward. Dimensions for standard objects must have been created in Metric, since they have ftin" with decimal dimensions to start with.

Cant even turn the furniture in all directions and the rooms move around while you are designing. If those problems were fixed I would like this app a lot more! Not worth it!
