Meet Drake the viking. Drake is on a quest to find his lost crown. Can you help him find it? Add a little fun to your running workout by making interval training a game. Complete each level by running intervals faster than the time allowed to advance Drake and reach his goal. Each win unlocks the next challenge...if not, try again. 24 levels each more challenging than the next. Designed to motivate runners for higher intensity workouts by making a game out of interval training.
