Description
Shinhan Smail VN has many updates for a new start! Not only financial favors and debit/credit notice, now you can receive and view Shinhan card transaction history.
* Transaction history notices are saved in debit/credit box and card notice box. Via screen structure with timeline format, you can see all card authorization/reject history and debit/credit history of registered accounts at 1 time.
* View message without log in. If you use "Preview function", you can immediately view incoming message fastly and conveniently without log in.
* Financial favor notices are saved in message box. Provide information about financial favor such as variety financial products introduction.
* Do not try to remember, let use memo function. Is it difficult to remember debit/credit transactions remark? Now you can register memo for transactions to save them in Memo box
[Usage guide] With Push message,sometimes it may difficult to receive notice due to problems of server, information transmission company and location. OS version: From iOS 6.0 and above (Tablet and device only use Wifi are not recommended) Eligible customer: Customers have card or Demand deposit account at Shinhan bank.
Service fee: free of charge When customers register service. Shinhan banks customers: After SMS verification, you can use service in 1 smart phone only whose the phone no. has been registered at the Bank
Shinhan card customer: After verify the phone, you can use service in 1 smart phone only.
- In case your phone no. is different with the phone no. registered at the Bank or has not registered, you can not use Smail service. Therefore you should visit the nearest branch or access Internet Banking -> Change customer information to modify phone no.
