Does NOT work at all and no support or refund options...
I have an iPad with the newest iOS and version of GarageBand and this app does absolutely nothing. And the developer doesnt even offer an email address or website for support... you have to "Follow" him on Twitter but first wait for approval... Ive been waiting a week and still havent been approved so I can ask him to fix the bug. I will be following up with Apple to get a refund... I had high hopes for the app as it would be great to be able to use shortcut keys to navigate through GarageBand with ease.
Does nothing!
I bought this app to simplify my work with Garageband on my iPad 2. All it does is list a series of shortcuts and associated keystrokes to implement them. Since there is no typewriter keyboard associated with Garageband I tried using my bluetooth keyboard, which works perfectly with all my other apps. Nothing! I tried switching back and forth between Garageband and the shortcut program. Nothing! As far as I can tell this app does nothing more than provide a list of keyboard shortcuts which do not work at all. The description states that the app is supposed to work with the iPad -- thats why I bought it. I think I should get a refund.
Reviewers were mistaken.
I think all the negative reviewers misunderstood what this app is supposed to do. Its real purpose is to give an alphabetical listing of available shortcuts and tell you the keystrokes for accomplishing them. It is a searchable list, much more powerful and satisfying than a static printed list of shortcuts. Im extremely pleased with its performance.
