Not that impressed because I only found one (mirepoix) of the seven terms (paysanne, chiffonade, brunoise, tourne, batonnets, and rondelle) I was hoping to define as a result of purchasing this application.

This was a great app with the exception that it seriously lacked content. With this new version adding over 700 definitions now makes it the best app... Only second to this developers iPad version of "smart chef suite". awesome app!!!
