SpeedCam UK detects and reports the position of more than 4000 speed traps and traffic-light cameras in UK.
✔ Notifies the proximity of speed traps and traffic-light cameras.

✔ Displays the position of the checkpoint on the map.
✔ Proximity warning sound.
✔ Possibility to notify new checkpoints.
✔ Integration with myCrumbs: share your location with your friends by the myCrumbs integration.
✔ Possibility to choose speedcam types and alert settings.
Through a sophisticate detection system the application provides notification reducing false or approximate alerts,
providing a better support to your trip.
SpeedCam UK will inform you of the proximity of a speed trap with an acoustic alert, indicating the distance, the street name and your current speed.
The speed trap position can be also displayed on the Google map.
SpeedCam UK works with iPhone 3G and 3GS and does not require an internet connection to work: the connection is required only to show the map and if you want to signal to us new locations.

All reviews →Pretty useless in Wales
Appeared to be useless, at least so far as driving on the A470 in Wales. Also annoying not to be able to change speed from kph to mph. I deleted the app after we passed the first few cameras and it failed to detect a single one.
