Things can be scary at first. With multiple repetition, it becomes natural like an event that you do every day or every week.

I purchased many apps from Glenn Harrold and I am a huge admirer of his work, however this one is the first one that really got on my nerves. The music is too distracting. The drums are too loud and the sound of the stick annoying. And the piano intro has been overused and is not that great. I wish I could get reimbursed. I could not even finish the first time listening. I dont think I can get the full benefit of what it claims to help with if I am totally unable to relax and let go, which I usually succeed in doing with his other apps. I hope this review is not hidden from the public as it seems to happen with bad reviews on App Store...I wish I knew before paying what others thought about this one.

I fall asleep to this meditation every night and Ive listened to it some mornings as well. It is not instantaneous but it does help! I highly recommend this app to clear your energy field of blocks!
