StrongMind provides individuals with mind exercises to enhance their ability to be successful in challenging situations. Similar to physical exercises, success is seen in the development of one’s capacity.
This is based on three main ingredients:
• Frequency, duration and intensity can be found in the commitment to practice your chosen activity in the morning and evening for at least 4 weeks. Frequency and duration are explained in the StrongMind exercise instructions.
• Duration is the ability to sustain practice over a period of time.
• Intensity is your commitment and approach to the practice of each exercise session.
StrongMind philosophy uses the metaphor of a car to explain the importance of motivation and commitment. Motivation is compared to the starter motor that helps to get us underway while commitment becomes the main engine that powers the individual to success. Success is the fuel that enables us to move towards new goals.
StrongMind uses specific algorithms based on human psychology to provide insight, increase awareness, and improve your capacity to be successful in life.
