Taxsoft 2015 Pro at Mac App Store analyse

Do not buy this software. I bought it because it is very hard if not impossible to find tax software for Mac that does Form 1041. This software does, but it fills out the forms badly, and doesn’t print well. Then to add insult to injury, I paid $39 for e-filing, and got back an email saying that the entire staff of the company died in a car wreck, and I could ask for a refund. I did ask for a refund, but you can guess whether I’ll ever see it. So I’m fat-fingering the return into a PDF online.

Paid for the program and the file. The first time I file, it send it back to me because the autofile didnt print in the correct areas. So I tried to redo it and redo the file. 2 days go by and I dont recieve a confirmation…. I contact Taxsoft but no one respond. I contact TS again and nothing. I have tried to efile again still nothing. I paid my money but services arent rendered. Unacceptable. I wish a developer would creat an app to get this done better, The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because it was simple to complete the form but the final execution is terrible and the customer service is even worse.
