Hearing about all of the negative things happening in the world on a daily basis can be a real downer. That’s why we created Three Things to help you remember all the things that bring a smile to your face on a daily basis. The premise is simple. Each day, jot down up to three things that affected you in a positive way, add a picture, and if you are into music, you can even add a Spotify track as your daily anthem. The result is a completely private, chronological feed we refer to as the “Happy Trail” that you can come back to whenever you need a pick me up.
