I bought 2 as Christmas presents for my son’s for their keys...will not connect. I even put new batteries in thinking that was the issue. The customer service number I called stated they were only there Monday-Thursday; left a message and still no call back. Waste of money.

Absolutely a waste of money

This device will not work if it is off. It will not connect via Bluetooth. You can not turn the device on through Bluetooth. If you close out your Traxx it app the device will begin beeping. Very foolish design as far as Bluetooth connection. It connects but only in the event that the Traxx it device is turned on and the app is always open. Otherwise it will not locate your personals. I don’t even want to give this one star but have to to post my review.

waste of momey and time trying to see if it works. even in the trash didnt wake it up. only thing I kept is the key ring. had to give it 1 star on the rating because else this review wouldnt send. is this a hoaks to get in your phone?
