I just purchased the app and started downloading it, but all of a sudden the process came to a halt. My internet conexion is OK, My mac pro is OK, everytthing is woerking OK but…except... I cannot RESUME nor restart downloading the app because clicking in launchpad or in purchased I have not been able to get any response. . No response, no activity, nothing…what can I do please? Thanks in advance HMO Caracas Venezuela,

There are only very few real upgrades in El Capitan, so the tutorial is mostly about the old Mac Os X tips and tricks. I learned a total of three new things.
