It is of course free of charge and there are no commissions. WHAT CAN YOU DO WITH TWYP? You can SEND AND REQUEST MONEY from your friends, family… instantly! So, it is perfect, as well as many other things, to send money from parents to children from mobile to mobile. It includes a virtual pre-pay TWYP CARD which you can pay for all your shopping online or on apps. If you are already 14 years old, this card is also for you even if you do not use a bank ;) Twyp is the only app you can WITHDRAW MONEY WITH WHEN YOU SHOP IN STORES. The Twyp card: To use the Twyp pre-pay card, the user (or legal guardian in the case of minors between 14 – 17 years old), has to accept the terms and conditions of the app. You may not exceed the limits established by Twyp in your purchases. On limitations of use: If you are already a customer of ING, there is no annual limit on your transactions in Twyp stores and you may send and receive money up to an annual limit of 5000 €. If you are not an ING customer, the limit of your Twyp transactions is 999 € per calendar year. On withdrawing money: When you shop in any of the thousands of Twyp stores, you can also withdraw money in them with no commission (from 20 € up to a maximum of 150 €).
