Blocked at level 13

I liked the concept, but ads were annoying. When I got to level 13 it wouldnt let me move a large truck so it made the level impossible to beat. It would also be nice if the location (background) changed from level to level...may have at later levels, but since I couldnt move past level 13, I guess I will never know.
