The Official Unicity Taxi iPhone App for our customers in Winnipeg and surrounding areas. Users of the Unicity Taxi Web Booker database may need to re-register. Please go to http://web.UnicityTaxi.ca/webbooker to claim your new account. As our App is linked to your Unicity Taxi Web Booker account you have access to your history & favourite locations from your Web Booker account. Our App books your taxi directly into our dispatch system & jumps the often busy telephone queue when booking your cab. No more on-hold, no more waiting to get a taxi. You will also be able to see how far away your taxi is with our LIVE Tracking feature plus access to a number of automatic "on approach" notifications. Taxi fare estimates are available when placing an order. Book a taxi using the built in GPS to determine your pickup point. If required, you may further fine tune the map pin location determined by using the map presented location on the screen of your iPhone. Unicity Taxis iPhone application delivers a streamlined booking alternative for all of our customers.

Not easy to make a cancellation

Lot of improvement is required for this app. Estimated time for taxi arrival is not accurate at all. Duffy has a way better app.

Its just great , easy to use ,real time cab location ,keeps record of your cab which is good for lost n found .save lots of time being hold on phone . Only thing need to improve is cancel icon otherwise its best.

i call cabs all the time. duffys always gave me bad service and most of their drivers are garbage. now i dont need to be on hold. unicity has earned my business time and time again due to good service. thanks

Ive used the app before, and when it did work it wouldve gotten a 5 star rating. However Im not sure if its just me or anyone leave is having the issue but since Friday its stuck on the were using our new gps system to find a vacant cab and sits there for a while (waited an hour Friday) and no can ever confirmed my booking. Please use with caution.

Its strange that customer service has eluded this industry in Winnipeg. I understand why Uber is being so well revived in so many cities. Dont count on them to catch a plane!
