When that question comes up during the Practice Test, the answer you highlighted will always be used as the correct answer, along with 3 wrong ones. This way you only have to study and remember one answer to the question, not all of them. For instance, lets say youre having a hard time remembering the name of a State that borders Canada. You can go to that Flash Card entry and tap on Washington (as an example). Now when the question comes up on the Practice Test, Washington will always be the correct answer, so its the only one you have to learn. You can change the preferred answer by tapping a different entry, or go back to no preference, by tapping the highlighted entry.
