When it’s time to stop working, Work Break Time will give alert:hey,its time for break, and change the screen brightness for give you a hint . This helps your brain properly separate work-time from break-time, allowing you to take full advantage of your period of rest.
You can set the work session time and break session time by your own,its really simple.
Note:When you switch the menu bar display mode(normal to dark mode or dark mode to normal), you timer will stop automatically.
