Description
Welcome to 10-Second Stroke Scale! This is a free app available for world-wide download. Its purpose is to increase use and documentation of the NIH Stroke Scale. This app has a unique way of getting the NIHSS into your medical notes! You do the NIHSS at the bedside on the device, and once complete, you can upload your results to our server. Once you log on to your electronic health record, you can go to any internet browser, enter the token given to you, and copy/paste the results into your note. No email, no passwords, no private health information. We encourage feedback, please send us an email of your suggestions for improvement. If you have any trouble, please understand that this is the first version and may have details that need addressed.
