Meh.
Not so great. Its good to have all of the cards for yoga to learn about all of the moves, but this isnt good to work out to. Yoga needs movement that flows, and thats impossible whn after each pose youre switching the next card by hand. This also has less options than the free six pack abs app by the same developers.
Would be good if...
This would be a great app if it allowed you to create sequences out of the individual poses instead if requiring you to scroll through the list everytime you change poses.

Года 3-4 назад закачала, работало все прекрасно, хорошие уроки. Но сейчас вообще не работает! Заставка о необходимости предварительной разминки не закрывается(((
