Actually we consider the pressure cooker one of the most important inventions in the kitchen as it can greatly enhance the flavor of the food while reducing its cooking time, and thus conserve more energy and are more environmental. The recipes are grouped into different categories for easier reference (appetizer, dessert, main dishes, salad, sauce, side dishes, soup). For each recipe included in this App, a photo, an ingredient list, and a step by step cooking direction is provided.
