The 2018 LEGO Idea Conference convenes some 400 experts, including leading academics, practitioners, innovators, international education organizations, government representatives and social entrepreneurs from around the world. Under the theme of Empowering Children to Shape Tomorrow, the 2018 LEGO Idea Conference seeks to explore how learning through play can be a powerful means to address the global learning crisis. Through an experiential and content-rich conference, the event aims to build a deeper understanding of behaviors, motivations and aspirations that will help unlock more adoption of learning through play, transforming how children learn in the home, community and classroom.
