The 20/20 Diet app is a companion to The 20/20 Diet by Dr. Phil McGraw. After you purchase a copy of the book, download the app, create a free account and dive into your 20/20 journey! This app will guide you through Phase 1, 2, 3 and beyond. App features include: -Recipes from The 20/20 Diet -Meal and workout reminders, calendars and tracking -Exercise routines and videos -Progress charts In The 20/20 Diet, Dr. Phil McGraw identifies seven reasons other diets fail people over and over again: hunger, cravings, feeling of restriction, impracticality and expense, boredom, temptations, and disappointing results or plateaus. Then, he addresses each of these roadblocks by applying the latest research and theories that have emerged since his last best seller on the same topic, The Ultimate Weight Solution. Dr. Phil and his team have created a plan that you can start following right now and continue working for the rest of your life. In this diet, readers will start by eating only 20 key ingredients, called the “20/20 Foods,” which theories indicate may help enhance your body’s thermogenesis and help you feel full. But thats just the beginning. This book explains why you havent been able to lose the weight before, and empowers you with cognitive, behavioral, environmental, social and nutritional tools so you can reach your goal, and learn lifelong healthy habits to maintain those results.

Money...

Nocturnal Textaholic · 11 years ago · v1.0

You have to buy the book to use the app, not everyone has easy access to bookstores, or the money to buy it, Im disappointed in this, not everyone who needs help losing weight has the money to buy a book, if we did wed buy a gym membership, it needs some sort of free access or lite version

Good addition to the program but something missing

Cjouc · 11 years ago · v1.0

This is a great app to have at the tip of your finger if your book is out of reach when busy cooking or working out. What bothers me is that the recipes ingredients sections are incomplete, it doesnt say how many servings your making. This app should give us the option to choose how many servings we want to have and adjust ingredients proportions accordingly.

Want to try it, but my old iPod...

F***ing AMAZING!!! · 11 years ago · v1.0

I only have a 4th gen iPod, and I was disappointed that it only works for a certain generation of iPod.

Misleading

Bramptongurl · 11 years ago · v1.0

On Dr Phils recent show he said this app is free. Its only free if you buy his book. You have to enter a code found in the book in order to complete the sign up process.

The 20/20 diet

..... A · 11 years ago · v1.0

The 20/20 diet is really pointless to get as the app because they make you answer a question from the book to sign up so really if you want this just buy the book because the app is pointless
