The 24-7 Health Connect App will support your participation in our preventative health and wellness programs. The App delivers a dashboard of data points to help you stay aware of your activity, sleep, weight and other information specific to the wearables you are using with your program. You may also share this kind of information from Apples Health app, including the steps from your iPhone. Self-reporting can also be done on 24-7 Health Connect if desired. You may also be able to communicate through the App with your health coaches and care team, set up reminders, participate in simple wellness challenges, privately connect with others, and more. This App will not provide any diagnoses or treatment. Please contact your program coordinators if you need help with registration or setting up 24-7 Health Connect.
