Clean Eating, Thin on Science
Just finished the 3-Day Challenge. I *do* feel better, if only because I ate raw, nutritional fruits & vegetables. It takes time to make a couple of the recipes (squash soup, hummus) but for the most part the cooking is easy. Were going to continue buying some of the ingredients (hemp seed, pumpkin seed, quinoa, etc) and include them in our regular meals. Where I have a HUGE issue (and would happily help to correct) is in the Health Benefit info. Its thin & questionable. For example, Day 1 has a cucumber water mixture first thing in the morning. The drink is great, but the claimed benefits are inaccurate & overstated based on the recipe used. For example: cucumbers fibre content is touted as helpful; it may be, but a) youre using 2-3 slices and b) youre drinking flavoured water, not eating. In other areas, claims of how certain ingredients benefit us (and specific organs) provide zero explanation of *how* they help. Overall, a good app. I recommend it as a START to healthful eating and to get you in the right direction. But, do your research, too.
Amazing diet plan/recipes, but falls behind on instructions
Love the 3 day plan and without a doubt I felt the difference. However , Im a guy who never cooked anything in last 30 years :( and instruction on how to make stuff arent that great. I often had to google to get additional instructions

Recipes
Most of the recipes were very good. Also, the information explained - easy to read. One of the recipes said Chocolate Chia & Raspberries, but the ingredients showed blueberries instead of raspberries. Easy to follow and to make except one showed box of sprouts. Not clear as Ive been asking around even one chef they dont know what you meant by box of sprouts.
Feel so good, hard to go back
I finished the three day cleanse yesterday. The first day felt great and the food was amazing. The second day, I hit a wall probably because my body wasnt prepared for the change. I ate pretty clean before the cleanse, with the exception of chocolate covered peanut indulgence. Food on day 2 was amazing as well! The third day, I added flax seed to help "eliminate" the yucky feeling. Read that your not truly detoxing unless youre doing just that. The flax helped with elimination thank goodness! I also took a very hot bath and rebounded. The result? I feel so much more energized after this cleanse, someone mentioned my skin looked really good (clearer/more color), I crave most of the recipes, and when I ate the chocolate covered peanuts the fourth night, they actually tasted not very good. I am going back for the sugar free cleanse and plan to start on day 5. Overall, recipes are delicious and easy to make, the app was extremely easy to follow, and app content was motivating, so five stars all around. If the owners are reading this, they should create a plan targeted for women. Womens bodies are different than mens. One difference being that women hold onto yeast a little more easily due to our chemical makeup. Tailoring a cleanse for women would help us reduce inflammation experienced by eating things like certain fruits. And it might be easier for weigh loss
