Description

I had been looking for something simple like these ever since I started weight training. We all know about the 30 seconds rest period one should allow oneself between each sets. There are many workout programs out there that are really useful in the sense that they also keep track of your set count, calorie intake, workout frequency and what not. But I just want a simple program that alerts me when my 30 second rest period is over and no more. That’s all I want it to do, no complications, no extra functions. I hope you will find this one button program as useful to your weight training workout as it have been for me. [Of course this program could be useful for anyone that needs to kick start a game upon a signal but this is a miscellaneous by product as a result of what this program does.] Tip: You can press the small button at the bottom left to reset the 30 second countdown

Doesnt work

Dont waste your $1.99!!! This app doesnt work. You just get a blank black screen. Great concept, but no execution.

Perfect

Given what I needed this is exactly what I was looking for. You do 2 things: press a button then thirty seconds when the bell chimes you press it again. Perfect if you do HIIT with only 30 second intervals. Would be nice to be able to change and alternate intervals ie 30sec --> 10sec --> repeat. But definitely worth a dollar if youre me.

Works just like it should!

Works great! I just needed a very basic 30 second timer to do my Pilates stations, and this fits the bill. Thanks!

An old stiff

Perfect for timing the 30-second duration of my stretch exercises. Great design!

Love it

This is a great app! Plays my music in the background, which I can control conveniently. Allows me to set how long for each count down, how many count downs before a break of my choice and how many times to repeat the whole loop. Might also be able to have it only vibrate which would be great when Im doing a massage so I can be notified of when times almost up and when to stop without disrupting the client! Thank younn

Good but could use some modification

CatHonaker · 13 years ago

First, LoveIt must be writing about another app. This app is only a 30 sec timer with a time lapse button at the bottom. You cannot modify the intervals. Its a good app overall. For me, I have to put the phone on vibrate to avoid hearing the tone for each second that passes but when I do that I no longer hear the buzzer when the 30 sec is up. Would be great to be able to silence the seconds tones. We use it for school (30 sec per word for spelling so the sec tones need to go away. Too distracting).

Good idea but has serious problems

I was looking for a timer that would do consecutive 30 second intervals to use in my role of timer at a ranch sorting event. This one had that feature but it kept freezing up & was totally unreliable. When they work it the bugs it will be a great product.
