7 minutes is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) regimen: 12 exercises, a mere 30 seconds each, with 10 second recovery breaks. Exercises alternate the muscle groups you work on. So it is short.
But wait, it gets better: the only equipment you need is a wall and a chair.
It should be done once a day, anytime and anyplace (in the office, at school, in the park, at home, in a hotel suite). You cant claim you dont have 7 minutes of time, or a a single chair.
