Complete twelve daily fitness exercises in just approximately seven minutes and feel fit as a fiddle? Sounds good. And it is, at least, the experts say.
The exercises sound very simple: Jumping Jacks, board chairs and run on the spot. But yet you come here quite a sweat. After all: A total of 12 exercises each last a half minute and are performed in interval - between with just ten seconds of rest.
The App will guide you through the workout with visual cues.
It explains the 12 exercises with photos and text.
To perform these exercises, there is no need of an expensive fitness abo. You require only your own body weight, a chair and a wall. And yet that is exactly extremely effective, as the sport scientists know. The training will combine a long-distance run with a visit to the fitness studio. And all this in just seven minutes. But in this case there is good ne ws and bad news. The bad first: The training is unpleasant and it will remain so. The Good? After seven minutes, you have survived!
