Background The idea came when the sons of Christian Madsen, reached the reading and writing age. Since Christian had difficulties with the letters as a child he wanted to give his sons a little help down the road – and as a flash from a clear sky it strucked him that small children often recognize cars long before the can read. And as he says: Then it was just to hit the pedal: Alfa, BMW, Citroën, Dodge and so on! In the creation Christian also had great help from his wife Louise who is a Montessori preschool teacher trained at the well-known AMI institute in London.
