We developed our app based on our famous charts that are on the internet, all those exercises that thousands of women are doing, now are inside an app with helpful video demonstrations.
Abs Resolution is easy to follow; only 2 clicks to start the program, the exercises were designed to target those areas that women want to improve. But also guys can do it. Its really challenging for both genders.
After reading a book in our tablets or phones, why not to do some abdominal workout to get a strong core and a lean waist, back pain will disappear if you have any.
