The new ABS A.WAY app is packed with useful features for ski tourers and freeriders. A free all-in-one solution that bundles up-to-date information and important mountain knowledge and thus supports experienced ski tourers as well as beginners on their adventures. The highlight: the digital equipment check and ski finder for deep snow.
All-round care: ABS is considered an expert in safety issues relating to sports in the winter mountains. In order to support its customers even more comprehensively in the future, ABS offers A.WAY, a new app that offers all the features that are needed for a ski tour.
Tour planning
RealityMaps can be used to plan, record and save your own tours and follow over 200 tours via GPS. In the photo-realistic 3D aerial map, even the smallest details of the landscape are being displayed like in reality. Thus, suitable tours can be found much more easily than with a topographical map and orientation on the way with this map is easy and safe.
Weather forecast and avalanche report
In addition, the current weather forecast and the avalanche report for the tour are automatically embedded.
Avalanche knowledge
In addition, the safety knowledge can be refreshed and checked again before the tour - ABS created the A.PROOVE area here.
Flexible insurance
In addition, suitable service products can be booked directly via the app for each registered product. The service package is rounded off with the option of booking insurance packages for the tour through our partner Allianz.
