Seriously, these workouts are the business • Four difficulty levels – from Beginner to Super Advanced – so there’s something for everyone • Workouts take between 8 and 12 minutes, so there’s no excuse not to workout! • Simple and straightforward – select your workout and you’ll be guided through by our clear interface and audio instructions Anything else? Yep… • Clear and concise pictures and descriptions for every step of every exercise – 50 in total! • Streamed video for the vast majority of exercises – 10 second clips to ensure your form is spot-on • No need to register or provide endless amounts of personal information. We don’t want your email address, your height, weight or inside leg measurement. We just want you to open the app and have a brilliant workout. That’s it. Boring but important technical advice alert! I like this app. This is the app I use to stay focused on my curves. Dont want to lose them!! Love the way it counts down for you and sets you up for the next exercise as well.

This is a GREAT APP! Its wonderful with the different levels and exercises. I can get a really good workout and I like the fact that is has an assistant to inform you of the next exercise and rest periods.

This app is brilliant! Makes it so easy to keep up with my workouts whether Im traveling or at home- great variety of moves and some good challenging ones!
