Description
Met AccountView Contact hebt u altijd en overal toegang tot de gegevens van uw relaties. Bovendien kunt u in de app hun activiteiten op Twitter volgen. Zo beschikt u altijd over actuele informatie over uw relaties.
Mogelijkheden:
- Bekijk de dashboardinformatie uit AccountView.
- Bekijk meldingen uit het navigatievenster van AccountView (Vanaf AV 98A).
- Ontvang pushberichten voor signalen die in AccountView zijn ingesteld. (Vanaf AV 10).
- Te betalen posten selecteren en te versturen via directe bankkoppeling.
- Bekijk de openstaande posten van elke debiteur en crediteur, inclusief de daaraan gekoppelde documenten van facturen en aanmaningen.
- Zoek in een handomdraai de juiste relatiegegevens.
- U kunt bedrijven en contactpersonen vanuit de app direct in AccountView wijzigen of toevoegen.
- Draag bladwijzers voor belangrijke presentaties of websites overal met u mee.
- Bekijk de meest recente tweets van uw relaties met behulp van de Twitter-integratie.
- Bel, sms of e-mail relaties direct vanuit de app.
Vereisten:
AccountView Contact is voor iedereen gratis te downloaden. Om gegevens uit uw AccountView Windows-administratie op te halen, moet u beschikken over een licentie die dit mogelijk maakt.
