I bought a subscription but it doesnt work!

No updates, the new magazines dont appear in the app just July. Wrote an email and they suggest to delete the app and install anew. It does not work! Send and app update! Or my money back!

I bought a subscription and often review old issues. The update reset the app and now it wont let me sign in. It keeps saying authentication failed. It asks me to subscribe again and shows my old issue as only being available to purchase (again).

Its been months and this app quit working at all! Should be updated against bugs or something. It keeps opening windows

I have paid for subscriptions (twice) and also charged for each individual issue. I havent been able to download anything for 3 months, it says to reload app, but it is impossible to delete it and reload again!
