For zones, simply add a puck, follow the step by step guide and associate the puck with an exercise or configure it as an info zone. Troubleshoot The support app allows you to troubleshoot the observer. Follow the step by step guide and change or remove the observer. When replacing hardware, the support app will automatically test and configure the new hardware. You don’t need to worry about losing data.
