Adventure Bible – The Complete Retold Bible in 30 Books and Audiobooks at Mac App Store analyse

Looks ok, but text is small and not expandable. Hard for A kid to read text that small- possibly ok for an adult. And read to me is not working... That was the main thing I was hoping for so my kids would listen in.

The books are poorly scanned pages from a real book. The quality of the scans is very poor. The app is slow and hangs some times when turning pages. The "Read It To Me" feature does not work at all, it does nothing. DO NOT BUY

I loved this for my iPad so much I put it on my phone too. But on my phone, the read to me doesnt read to me. But it works fine on the iPad. I like the voice and picture a Grandfather reading to his grandkids

I have a iPad, but I can not even see the print to Be able to read it. I hate grading the app when I can not even read any of the words to no the quality. Please fix.

The art is nice. The narration is very well done. The stories are lengthy and so a pause feature on the audio would be greatly appreciated.

I give the app 5 stars for content, but restoring is quirky. The recent update increased the resolution of images so they are clearer, and apparently the “everything included” add-on has drastically reduced in price, currently 10 dollars, which is a lot less than I paid. No hard feelings, that’s the add-on to buy. I’ve downloaded this to a retina iPad with iOS 8, an iPhone 5s with iOS 8, and an iPhone 4 with iOS 7. They all work, but downloading on the iPhone 4 was slowest/quirkiest. To load the books, you have to click the buy button (even to restore a previous purchase), and there is no clue of progress downloading the 1.9 GB of content! (Actually, the iPad version does provide a clue of download status, but that clue could be clearer). To restore all, make sure you have at least 2GB free, go to the app’s internal “store” page, click the buy button for the full add on, plug in the device to recharge, and come back 30 minutes later. I think it would be better if the device sold with everything built in rather than as add-ons. Im taking off a star because "restore all" doesnt restore two of the books. Also, while the narration is excellent, the audio pauses when the app is backgrounded so its not possible to listen while using other apps or licking the device.
